How to Order

To Place an Order;

Regardless of how you will pay use our shopping cart system to add those items to the cart you wish to purchase. Simply set the quantity and click on the 'Add to Cart' button. You can always view the contents of your cart by clicking on the cart symbol at the bottom of each page.

Shipping and Handling Charge

All orders shipped to the US have a fixed $5.00 charge for Shipping and Handling. This has proven to be the easiest and best way for us to cover the cost of shipping, boxes, etc. Shipments under 1 lb. ship via USPS, over 1 lb. ship via UPS Ground services, with delivery times varying upon your location. This Policy does not apply to products listed on our Commercial Page, shipping charges are actual UPS charge.

After all items are in your cart, select one of the following payment methods:
- Secure Online Credit Card: The fastest and most convenient way to order. All of your credit card information, will be encrypted and transmitted to our server using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. - Credit Card Transaction via Telephone: The order details will be sent to us via email. Give us a call between 8am to 5pm Pacific Time at 707-529-8707 to provide your credit card information. You can also sign your printed receipt, add your credit card number and expiration date and fax it to 707-894-0215. or ...

Notes:
    a. International order payment must be by credit card only.
    b. All orders shipped to California are subject to 7.25% (7.5% for residents of Sonoma County) sales tax.
    c. All "Made to Order" orders should first be mailed or emailed to us.
    d. Shipments in the US are via UPS or USPS at a fixed cost of $5.00.
    e. International Shipments are shipped via Air Parcel Post at cost.
            We will email you with an estimated cost prior to shipment.
    f. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible.
            If we are temporarily out of stock we will contact you.

You must be 100% satisfied with everything you purchase from us. If not, just return the item to us and we will gladly replace it or issue a refund. The choice is yours.
